Detailed Service Breakdown

Cleaning & Replacement of Filters

Filter Replacement: Changing air filters regularly (recommended at least every 6 months for a 4″ filter and every 2 months for a 1″ filter) ensures proper airflow and prevents strain on the system.

Coil Cleaning (Elite Comfort Shield only): Cleaning evaporator and condenser coils to remove dust, dirt, and debris, which can reduce efficiency and cause the system to work harder.

Drain Line Cleaning: Clearing out condensation drain lines to prevent clogs and water damage.

Performance Testing

Thermostat Calibration: Checking and adjusting the thermostat to ensure accurate temperature control.

System Efficiency Check: Measuring the system’s performance to ensure it operates at peak efficiency (e.g., checking refrigerant levels, airflow, and temperature differentials).

Electrical Connections Check: Inspecting all electrical connections to ensure safety and reliability.

Mechanical Component lnspection

Motor & Fan Inspection: Checking and lubricating motors and fans to prevent wear and tear.

Belt & Pulley Inspection: Inspecting belts for signs of wear, which can lead to failures if not addressed.

Heat Exchanger Check (for furnaces): Inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks or corrosion, which could cause dangerous carbon monoxide leaks.

Refrigerant Level Check (for AC & Heat Pump Systems)

Refrigerant Pressure Testing: Ensuring the system has the correct refrigerant levels, as low refrigerant can reduce cooling capacity and strain the compressor.

Safety Inspections

Pilot Light & Ignition Check (for gas systems): Inspecting and cleaning the ignition system to ensure it functions reliably and safely.

Safety Control Check: Testing all safety controls, such as pressure switches, to ensure the system will shut down in unsafe conditions.

Priority Services & Perks

Priority Scheduling: Receive priority service especially during peak times (e.g., extreme heat or cold seasons).

No After-Hours Fees: Waive after-hours or emergency service fees. Basic diagnosis fee will be charged.

Discounted Parts & Repairs: Discounts on repairs, parts, and labor.
