Coil cleaning: Select Comfort Club plans include basic coil cleaning as needed to help remove dust, dirt, and debris that can reduce efficiency.

Drain line cleaning: Condensation drain lines may be checked and cleared to help prevent clogs, water backup, and moisture-related issues.

Performance Testing

Thermostat check: Your thermostat may be checked to help make sure it is reading and controlling temperatures properly.

System efficiency check: Maintenance may include reviewing airflow, temperature differences, refrigerant levels, and overall system performance.

Electrical connection check: Key electrical connections may be inspected to help support safe, reliable operation.

Mechanical Component Inspection

Safety Inspections
