Ongoing Service & Maintenance

As a program member, you jump to the front of the line. If your system requires service, we typically dispatch a qualified technician to your home within 24 hours.

Terms, Billing, & Moving

The standard term is 10 years. At the end of the term, you are in control. You can choose to: 1) upgrade to a brand-new system, 2) extend your current agreement, 3) exercise your option to purchase the system, or 4) return the system.

If you move, you have two flexible options. You can either transfer the service to the new homeowner (subject to approval), or you can exercise your purchase option to take ownership of the system before selling the home.
